The waffles I've ordered in the past are good. This time they were over cooked and burnt in some places. They were out of boba.

I got the milk tea boba at 50% sweet and no ice. Usually I find 50% to be the best sweetness level at other places, orherwiseita just too sweet , but I could have gone a little sweeter here and been happy too. I will try 75% next time. Taste is good and boba is just right.

The drinks were both perfect. One thing about places like this you have to know how to order to get just the right amount of sweetness and the right amount of boba you want.
