the food was great but the Soft Drink had way too much syrup and was very overwhelming, plus the sticker over top of the lid would not come off and i ended up having to remove the lid, which would've been bad if i weren't staying at home. the food was great though, although the Natural-Cut French Fries were kind of bland and burnt in several places.

Monster Biscuit® Combo Biscuit must have been under heat lamp for a long time,very hard and dry. Top part of Biscuit was hard. Apple turnover wasn't in sealed bag . I order from Hardees often and I'm surprised they dropped the ball today.

Over $8 for this sandwich. I have no problem paying a bit more, but at least match the quality to the price. Its dried, overcooked, and the mayo is coagulated. Pretty gross.

Strawberry Lemon Biscuit 2 Pack was covered in so much icing it was inedible. It was horrible. Also I asked for a large combo with strawberry lemonade and got a small lemonade. This place is a rip off.

Very watered down gravy with the Biscuit 'N' Gravy™ compared with other Hardee's restaurants. Also the Coca-Cola was flat.
