My biscuit was over cooked and the cheese wasn't melted. The hashrounds weren't fully cooked and had no crispiness.

Ordered a Big Cheeseburger Combo with only ketchup. The burger had bacon, mayonnaise, lettuce and tomato on it. Food was NOT FRESH at all. Burger and fries tastes like they had been cooked awhile.
