Food arrived hot and juicy! Chicken was great and my gizzards were cooked perfectly !! Fries were fresh/the sauce good! 10/10!!

Although the wings are always perfectly crispy, I'm not so confident in the chicken being fresh this last order. Also the drums on the wings were huuuuge for some reason. It was a strange experience and I order there weekly because it's so good. Must have been a bad batch.

My large catfish was fried so hard, like bacon. I just toss it out. Very disappointed because I like it so much. I wasted $19.00 The fries also were dry and hard. The store must have forgotten it was cooking.

I ordered a 3 pc wing which I did not receive. I also ordered a 10-Piece Dark and the pieces were big and fatty. They should have definitely been cooked longer. I am very disappointed. I have not had Harold's in a long time. Will not be ordering from this location again.
