This is going to sound so dumb, but recently I've been on a Buffalo Chicken Poutine kick (3 times a week on average ) whoever was on the poutine duty today knocked it out of the park. Was heavy on the Buffalo Sauce! Wasn't dry like other times. Whoever you are! Keep up the amazing work on the poutines
