Food was delicious, the Vegan Street-style Corn is godly. Keen to try the other vegan items. The staff were very friendly and welcoming when I picked up the order!

Hecho en Mexico's Enchiladas have been my go to for over a year now. But recently the quality of the whole meal has degraded. In my last two orders, the rice and the beans were undercooked and the salsa was soggy. I hope they restore their quality because their food is otherwise wholesome.

The food is good however the estimated time was SEVERELY under quoted. The DoorDash app said it was ready 20 minutes after the order was placed however the food was not ready until 60 minutes. Luckily we live close and could walk home and back again (although we were starving), and not the logistics of waiting around/ driving home and back again. It was ordered after 8pm, so not even the most busy time. Please update the estimated cooking time to be more accurate and not mislead customers. The waitstaff was severely overworked in store as well, very stressed dealing with too many in store patrons for one person, without considering takeaway orders as well. Also missed one drink in the end.

mains were extreemly cold. Had to wait 20mins past pick up time, it appears they forgot to cook starters as the starters were the only item that was fresh and hot. onion rings very salty.
