WOW!!! This food was even better than I expected, which was a lot based on prior reviews. The location is clear across town yet our food arrived super hot and fresh. Order was carefully packaged and we received all items ordered. Everything was seasoned perfectly and packed with flavor. I had the Half Bird and it was some of the best I've ever had!! Crispy seasoned and cooked perfect. All sides were amazing, the Cake and Sauce was to die for and the Kool-Aid was even perfect. Cant recommend this spot enough. Our first time but will now be our go to for southern/soul food in lex. Do your stomach a favor and order now. You nor your wallet will be disappointed. 10/10

I got a pork chop dinner w/mac & cheese & yams. Very impressed w/the pork chop~cooked just right, very tender. Also,the 1st time w/ Kool-Aid. Just right. If you want your money's worth,order from HONEY J'S!On point.

Everything was absolutely delicious!! The wings were the best I've ever had. 10 Count. Fried Catfish Sandwich was so good. Green Beans so good with so much flavor! Hot and fresh! definitely will order again when we're back intown.

Sorry for the photos, I couldnt hold myself back lol. But this is about the only restaurant in Lexington that actually uses seasoning!!! Hands down the most flavor in all their sides I've had. And the chicken has the best crunch. Portion size is also great. Comes fresh and hot every time. Thank yall for healing me with this great food.

honey J's is sooo good! the Honey J's Fried Chicken Sandwich is amazing the sauce is really tasty the sandwich is big and filling and delicious! the fried Fried Mushrooms are amazing! I love fried mushrooms! the Mac n cheese reminds me of my grandma's! and the prices are amazing affordable and reasonable for the big plate of food you get with a meal!
