First time trying this pizza place. The food was hot & was very good. only complaint was that it should've been sliced better! But, I will definitely be ordering again!

I've gotten pizza here before and it was decent. However, the last pizza purchased was the Asian pizza and it was extremely salty. I figured it was just a fluke. This time I purchased a build your own small with Italian crust, black olives, green peppers and pineapple. It was absolutely AWEFUL!!! An over abundance of cheese, enough for two small pizzas, made it super salty and greasy, little to no sauce, green peppers were put on after the baking as they were hard and just sitting on top of the greasy cheese and under cooked dough. There was absolutely no balance of ingredients yet it had a "Quality Checked" sticker on the box. Hmmm. Extremely disappointing!!

it was raw when I contacted the store they said to blame it on doordash even though doordash just picks it up and doesn't cook it

this truly was exceptional pizza! it was hot, fast, and PERFECTLY cooked. I don't enjoy a lot of pizza places, as someone who can't have tomato, BUT, despite not having alternative sauce bases on the menu, the pizza wasn't dry and cardboard-y like many places are! I would highly recommend howies to anyone wanting to try something other than the usual chains you can get anywhere!
