Was pretty happy with the tropical jacks chicken burger from Hungry Jacks Domain last night. I miss the zinger works burger but Tropical Jacks is pretty good

The delivery was quick, the fries were fresh and well salted, the Chic Fries & Sauceken werent that nice I was expecting them to be crunchy but they werent, the Parmi Jack's Fried Chicken Value Meal was okay I just wasnt a fan of one of the sauces

Barely ever a good experience ordering from this store unfortunately. My partner ordered first through the HJ app and a driver was never assigned (fair, not the stores fault). So I ordered myself, it got delivered and we only received the kids drinks (2 were incorrect also). Went to the store directly to rectify the situation as we had 3 hungry children waiting for lunch, and saw my partners order still sitting there to be collected after an hour and a half, and there was a bag with my name on it still (which was our food items). The young lady I dealt with was understanding and they remade the order fresh for us which I was grateful for, however, quality issues and incorrect orders/missing items seem to be a regular occurrence from this store unfortunately. I think better team management and better communication skills would go a long way.. and perhaps some staff who are older than high school age.

20 Burger Bites & Sauces was truly horrid.. grey inside and taste pretty inedible..and theres never enough sauces on burgers especially the mustard (literally one drop).. onion rings and drink were good, the only saving graces

onion rings are my fave but were bit overcooked and I didn't get my aioli.. essential partners.. burger was little dry too.. and where was the cream, icecream and Xtra shot in my drink? was not as good as usual
