Overall our food was great. But they did not include the hashbrowns that we ordered. Could have checked before sealing the bag.

Storm Biscoff on app menu, however was missing on two consecutive orders. If Hungry Jacks cannot amend their available menu choices for certain time periods, then they should at least have an alternative ability to provide any item/s paid for by their customers.

chips were way too salty and soggy, burgers were assembled very poorly, very dry. Overall very disappointing.
