Everything from here is amazing and yes I mean everything. Today I ordered the Rainbow Roll, Caterpillar Roll, and Salmon Nigiri! My favorites, the freshest fish and best rolls. They also have my favorite Miso Soup ever!! The salmon from here is so fresh it just melts!!! Its **chefs kiss** Been coming here for as long as I can remember and they will forever be my favorite place for sushi!!

BEST FOOD EVER!!!
Sushi is fresh, miso has flavor, I LOVE their food! Worth every penny. And they don't play the "this is NM so we're gonna put that disgusting green chili on everything" game, either! REAL food!!

Best sushi near Rio Rancho, without a doubt. Crazy Fish and Sakura are maybe better but they're too far to DD from Rio. Nothing else in Rio comes close. Age Dashi Tofu is a delicious appetizer, highly recommend (the sauce is incredible). Four stars because the Japanese kitchen dishes are never as good as the sushi. Steak Teriyaki was a bit chewy.

The Ichiban Rainbow Roll and Tempura calamari were exquisite and well packaged for delivery. Brilliantly delicious!

The White Tuna (Walu) Sashimi had some consistency issues, the last piece had a really tough bit. If it were beef I might call it gristle, it was like that. The Gyoza was not filled like they normally do and they were all stuck together in one clump.
