Do NOT order the 豉汁排骨 / Pork Spare Ribs in Black Bean Sauce if expecting to get actual ribs and black bean sauce. Little bits of gristle with no meat and served in oil/water with 4 random black beans. Noodles were nice but ribs were very poor.
