My all-time favorite pizza. First time ordering the capricciosa and it's wonderful. The margherita and chopped salad are always a hit. Best cannoli in the area.

Inizio is easily the best Neopolitan pizza in Charlotte. Everything on the menu is made FRESH in the restaurant. The crust itself is so delicious. The red sauce is made in house using authentic San Marzanos.
The Bianca is beautiful simplicity. Ricotta, fresh basil, and mozzarella. Chef kiss!
We have also had the Maria, Margarita, and my very favorite delicacy: The Pistachio!
You will become a regular like us if you try anything on the menu just once. (I don't eat animals, but I'm sure those are just as good as my vegetarian choices)
Inizio, a family owned restaurant, is a little more expensive than the chains, but the difference in quality is measured in leaps and bounds!

My anticipation was quickly deflated when the two pizzas arrived cold, plus the crust was not crispy at all, very chewy, making it hard to eat … Also toppings were scrimped on and didn't even cover every slice …
Very disappointing meal for amost fifty bucks for two small pizzas … Door Dashe's recommendation was one of the biggest reasons I ordered there plus the pictures looked incredible …

CAPRICCIOSA is delicious, as usual.
Vegan MARGHERITA is disappointingly bare, especially for the price--it hardly has any sauce or toppings.

Inizio Pizza Napoletana is one of our favorite restaurants! Consistently great pizza and Chocolate Chip Cannoli. My favorite pizza is the CAVOLETTI. We also have food allergies in our house and appreciate the no cheese, clean cutter used on the MARINARA so everyone can enjoy.
