• DoorDash orderOrdered 1 scoop of chamillionaire and 3 scoops of cookie dough ice cream. When I contacted the store wondering why I recieved only two small equally filled containers of each flavor they were difficult and unpleasant.

• DoorDash orderThe blondie was literally HARD AS A ROCK! I think that I would have broken my teeth if I had tried to eat the dang thing! And I rather doubt that I could have cut that blondie in half with a very sharp knife! If I were to guess, I'd bet the farm that the blondie was actually baked well over three months ago and left out to transform the into a paper weight! While the brookie (as well as the other cookies) was quite nice, the blondie was so completely inedible that I would give this establishment ZERO STARS if that were possible! I have NEVER given this kind of review to ANY food establishment, but in this case, Insomnia Cookies richly DESERVES this negative review for EVER serving a concrete cookie to ANYBODY!

• DoorDash orderOrdered 4 cookies, and they were all hard. I was highly disappointed. Past orders have featured soft and moist cookies but tonight, apparently, they got very busy and may have dropped the ball.

• DoorDash orderMy cookies are always so delicious. they normally are delivered warm and soft. This is now my regular cookie bakery.
