Food so good it saved my marriage. I ordered the Jerk Chicken Platter with plantain, mac n cheese, and rice and beans. The food was so good I decided to stop giving him the silent treatment so he could try what I was eating. I was in awe of the entire meal. So much food and flavor for such a great price. The Large platter can definitely feed 3 adults with normal hunger. If I didn't love my husband so much, I would have eaten the entire Large platter. I could not tell you which part of my meal was the best. Everything was so well seasoned and the spices were perfectly balanced. The plantains were rich and sweet. The mac n cheese was packed with flavor. Jerk chicken was falling off the bone - crispy skin & tender meat. Rice and beans were *chef's kiss* Will definitely be coming back for more!

Absolutely delicious! I loved the curry chicken platter I got. I got the large which was so much bigger than i expected it to be. It'll be lunch for my boyfriend and I today and tomorrow. Great value for the money. I'm super happy with everything and will definitely order again!

Incredible. You get a lot of food for the price, but most importantly its delicious. The only "downside" is that it took over an hour to get but that was because I ordered on a friday during peak dinner hours, and I live about 15 min from the place, honestly though it was 100% worth it. You can tell the food here is made with care and good food takes time, especially on a busy weekend. I will definitely be ordering here again.

It's okay. It's not as good as normal whenever I order here but it's okay. The white rice was a little hard, the cabbage didn't seem to be done all the way, and the Jerk Chicken was good and so was the Mac and cheese. I don't like the fact that we now have to pay for a different rice option, I got white rice instead of beans and rice and I had to pay a extra 2 something for it so...

Wow! This was our first time ordering from Island Pride and boy was the food delcious! I had the jek Jerk Chicken Platter (Large), and the chicken was flavorful and fall off the bone tender. The rice and beans had an interesting smoky flavor. Cabbage is one of my favorites no matter the cuisine and this didn't disappoint. They were out of the chicken curry that my husband ordered, but the owner called and was so nice, making a suggestion that my husband really enjoyed - the whiting fish. Mac and cheese was good too. We don't order takeout too often these days, but Island Pride is going to be on a rotation here.
