Oh my is this dough great! Been looking for NY style dough for a longtime. Crisp outside light and fluffy inside charred bubbles yum. New Haven Clams so good..clams fresh and delicious!

This is probably as authentic as you're gonna get here. Also, Don't take the fennel off!! I have never liked fennel but man, with that cheese on the pizza, it makes the fennel taste like a dream. Beautiful fire cooked crust. CarneNew Yorker
