• DoorDash orderIt tasted as good as always! However, if you are going to pay for extra protein and cheese just don't!!! I paid over $4 for my extras and got none of it! My burrito was mostly rice and beans! This is my absolute favorite place to eat and I recommend it to everyone! But I am highly disappointed this time and I know I won't get my money back either! My driver was amazing though!

• DoorDash orderThe shrimp in the Shrimp Bowl were overcooked and inedible. The Super Steak Burrito was bland and had no Mexican flavor whatsoever.
I preordered and prepaid. Showed up 15 minutes early. They said they were working on it. 25 minutes later and after they fixed and served several other customers who came in after me, I got my order.
We won't be back.

• DoorDash reviewI haven't been to an Izzo's in a long time and was looking forward to it — I have a lot of fond memories from when I was younger, grabbing quesadillas with friends before heading to parades. Service was always quick back then.
This time, I tried ordering through DoorDash for pickup because we had an appointment to get to. I placed my order around noon, with an estimated pickup time of 12:25–12:30 PM. When I arrived at 12:30, my order hadn't even been made — it didn’t even look like anyone had checked it.
The employee behind the counter seemed completely unaware of the pending orders posted on the wall. We had to waste time figuring out which ticket was mine, and only after that did they start making the food. I ended up waiting another 20–30 minutes, and when they finally handed me my order, it was wrong. The burrito was completely incorrect, and my shrimp taco had barely any filling.
Unbelievable lack of service, process, and initiative. I counted at least 8 employees standing around while the store was nearly empty, yet somehow my simple pickup order still took over 40 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. This location seriously needs an operational audit — it’s clear they have major problems with efficiency, order management, and customer service.
