a tasty bacon cheeseburger, decent slice of cheesecake, and THE BEST iced coffee!!! Surprisingly tasted like Vietnamese iced coffee. I'd order again just to get that!!!

• DoorDash orderLarge Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo was old & so dark I almost thought it was a regular burger. Very dry. Size of chicken was half size of the bun. Tasted like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day. Large Sourdough Jack® Combo was barely consumable but we were hungry.

• DoorDash orderThe food was good but the breakfast sandwich was a bit smaller than expected, how ever the taste was good. The Jumbo Breakfast Platter w/ Bacon & Sausage Combo is a much better value. The coffee is very weak and couldn't even taste the coffee. We order cream and there was no cream for the coffee.

• DoorDash orderOrdered the Build Your Own Munchie Meal with the chicken sandwich, halfsie fries, onion rings, and a drink. I've ordered this numerous times so I know what the sandwich should look like, unfortunately this isnt it. Got the sandwich and drink but no fries at all. Ordered a Large French Fry as an additional side, wasn't provided. The eggrolls were burnt. Super disappointing, I've ordered in person at this location and the staff is usually very nice. Not sure what happened tonight.
