Everything ordered was excellent. Including tacos we ordered with extra lettuce and no sauce. We know it takes additional time to handle special orders & we appreciate it. Please thank your employees for the excellent service they provided.

Ordered tacos with extra lettuce as we usually do. All tacos received had only a few shreds of lettuce. It took time for us to prepare lettuce resulting in completely cold tacos. If this happens again we will stop ordering tacos from Jack's.

Absolute trash. All the food was stale or not wrapped and just thrown in the box or bag the French fries stale chewy and cold the Spicy Popcorn Chicken was hard as a rock doordash would only give partial refund. this store should be removed from doordash very very unsatisfied and poor quality
