The Large Iced Caramel Creamaccino was amazing ! Everything else was pretty good they just forgot to add the curly fries in the Jack's Fan Favs Box but I was surprised the tacos & churros were perfectly crunchy but still soft

The eggrolls are the best eggrolls I have ever had!!! The teriyaki bowl is so delicious!!! The sticky rice and tender chicken are amazing!!!

I ordered at 10pm and didn't receive any notification that my order was taken care of until 12am. Not to mention they gave me the wrong drink and wrong fries. I ordered a root beer and received a lemonade. I also ordered large curly fries and received medium regular fries. They didn't give me any sauces and didn't even have my order started when my driver arrived. Slow and sloppy customer service as always.

I ordered 6 tacos, they were delivered on time but they were cold and not crunchy. I should have thought as much, last week I ordered an ultimate cheese burger and 6 tacos, no tacos came with the ultimate. I probably won't be ordering from Jack anytime soon. I call Jack in The Box and they said it was a door dash problem. I don't see how, Door dash did not make my order
