the chicken teriyaki bowl all the rice was hard and there was a half a scoop of rice. I paid $9 for a half a scoop of rice that wasn't even three bitefuls and hard. they should have never given hard old rice to a customer.

We just ordered from them and got spicy grilled chicken wraps with jalapeños with spicy sauce instead of the Classic Grilled Jack Wrap . For someone who doesn't eat jalapeños, the food and had to be thrown away. Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese was burnt. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

The entire order was awful. Salad was old and wilted, burger was smashed and unappealing, wraps were sloppy and falling apart plus rubbery. Fries were forgotten. Very disappointed at the quality that was served.

everything was dry and tasted old . i work right by here so i know the food is fresh during the day. everything tasted like it sat under the heat lamp all day . i drank my sprite and had one bite of everything else absolute waste of 40$
