order was received, with no sauce, the food was all old. the patties crumbled upon opening, and taste of old grease. the bread is dry, the tomatoes are old. the fries were old and nasty. and the tacos are a joke, a skid mark of meat in each one with tons of lettuce. and brick hard sliced cheese in the tacos.

the bacon ultimate cheeseburger is the best burger I can get regularly without going out of my way to fork over my entire wallet. its obviously delicious and on top of that the shake doesn't increase the cost too much while being the best fast food shake you can order anywhere. the jumbo jack is definitely good as well, I mostly get it because its price for its size is decent unlike other places that might as well give you seasoning on a bun they put so little on their sandwiches.

It now costs as much to eat at jack in the box as it does to eat out at a burger restaurant like Red Robin. However, they still provide below average food quality that does not align with their costs. We also ordered 1 orange soda and 1 Dr pepper. However, the Dr pepper was half orange soda and you could even still see the orange soda dripping from the Dr pepper lid. With what they charge- you would hope they could at least give you a new cup instead of just hoping the guest can't taste the orange soda.

First of all, whom ever was working tonight at like 10 pm was amazing. Our order was super fresh and perfect! I asked for extras on my burger and not only did I get extras, I got huge fresh vegetables and it was a nice surprise! The fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted (I like a saltier fry)
Second of all, the orders were done promptly and perfectly. All pieces were there and put together very nicely. Great presentation for sure and great customer service! Great job, thank you for a good dinner.
