I order from this location ever once in a while when I get hungry a 3 am. it's usually fine. today, however, I was unimpressed with the quality of food. The Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club sandwichs were so hard the filets quite literally shaped in half and crumbled. Not like over done, but extremely old. the Bacon Double Smashed Jack and Classic Smashed Jack had no sauce and the beef was also quite dry. All in all, it was very disappointing especially since it was $60.00 for the 4 sandwiches.

Fries were old and tasted like they had no seasoning. sandwich was better--at least warm and they gave me extra pickles <3 but chicken tasted like the fryer oil was old or needs filtered.
they forgot my ranch :(
the red bull drink tasted like cough medicine (berry red bull)--nobody's fault but for anyone who reads these thats what it tasted like to me

This place is gross. I didn't get the right food and the food I got was disgusting. The hash brown was so soaked with grease that it was inedible, my drink was nothing but ice, and everything was old and dried out. Tried to get a refund and was told it wasn't possible.

Twice I've ordered the Loaded Tiny Tacos without lettuce - twice I've gotten them WITH lettuce. We also ordered a large mint shake and didn't get it. And their cola tastes bad. Large Coca-Cola® are way too expensive to throw out, because they taste bad. It would be nice if they offered affordable, smaller size drinks.
