The chicken was somewhat overcooked,,,almost too crispy to enjoy; I couldn't finish it. The onion rings were hard.

While the food is good, they marked the order ready for pick up but they took an extra 10 minutes after I showed proof of my pick up order.

The Dou Jack Combo was good, but the 2 tacos were not! The shells were slightly over fried! I ordered extra hot sauce, & got NO hot sauce. They looked awful.

burger was fresh but my fries and tacos where cold.. and I'm literally 3 mins away no way they should of been as cold as they where.
