Food was made quickly and arrived fresh. The curly fries were still crispy! The food was also packaged well with a seal to let me know it couldn't be tampered with. Dasher was quick and followed instructions by knocking on my door and not leaving my food on the ground. Overall a great experience!

So excited the Chick-N-Tater Melt is finally back, it's been by far my favorite sandwich at Jack in the Box and it was absolutely amazing this time around. The 8pc Chicken Nuggets were a little chewy, but the Hash browns were absolutely perfect

I really don't know what happened this time, JitB is always on the ball, but this time I was seriously disappointed. The Southwest Salad w/ Grilled Chicken didn't come with the dressing I ordered, no big deal except for the chicken was brown, cold and hard as a rock, the lettuce was wilted and slimy, the cheese was congealed into a cold, sticky paste and the entire salad smelled faintly of ammonia when I opened it, needless to say, it was not eaten. Furthermore, my Hash browns were exceptionally greasy and could not be removed from their packages without them sticking to them, as were my Two Tacos. I do not know why this is, as my Jumbo Jack®, and Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger were excellent and fresh, the Crispy Chicken Strips (5), Large Curly Fry and Monster Taco (1) & Angry Monster Taco (1) were exceptional hot right out of the bag and thoroughly satisfying, but my overall experience with this order was just disappointing.

I'm always excited when I see my food is coming from the Briar Forest & Eldridge location. They always get it right & food is hot & delicious!!
