Grilled Sourdough Swiss Breakfast Sandwich was terrible, meats were overcooked, salty and smelled rancid, and sections of bacon were burned. Eggs were oily and small portioned despite paying extra for additional eggs. Two Tacos were very greasy as well. Not as expected.

Had the easiest order and they messed it complete up and took very long for a small order to be ready. This isn't the first time this location has messed up simple orders. They are very careless, in person and through DoorDash.

This Jbox location is inconsistent. Entire Double Vision Meal Deal , especially the regular fries, and (2) 2 Tacos had a distinct burnt grease taste. The 2 J. Jacks were ok but sloppily prepared and cold. Had hard unprepped chunks of lettuce heart mixed in. Order arrived fast but had overall quality of stagnant reheated food.

The Classic Sauced & Loaded Popcorn Chicken Big Box Combo exceeded my expectations, though in retrospect it was so saucy I should have gotten a fork!
The Large Classic Smashed Jack Combo was just as good as I imagined, and the Smashed Jack burger has a perfect balance of the wonderful new Boss Sauce, grilled onions, and nice thick pickles for a satisfying texture, all with arguably my favorite patty Jack has ever offered.
Highly recommend you give both of these a try!

The curly fries they gave me were rock solid and the bun in my sourdough burger wasn't toasted probably and still had oil. Very disappointing since I always order this burger! They also missed lots of items. :/
