dry old fries. ordered halfsies i have like 3 curly fries. No option to add pickles on my burger. asked my dasher and still nothing. Husband's meal is missing his second side.

took 2 hours to prepare a burger and just fries before sending to deliver. Food was cold and was old. The cheese was dried up and the bread was stall. Do not order from Jack in the box on horizon. they don't even pick up theyre store phone.

The Grande Sausage Burrito Combo was ok it just kind of started tasting gross after a few bites and the fries weren't that great so I just ended up tossing them out halfway through.
