Most of the meals were okay. The only issue was the chicken tater melt. It came basically plain only with one slice of cheese and the chicken was very dry. I was a little disappointed as we normally get these, but the quality wasn't there today. Other than that the mini churros, the BUC meal were fresh and delicious.

I didn't receive part of my order on 3 different occasions. None of the employees answer the phone at any of the restaurants. I emailed the office to report the missing part of my order and it took them over a week to respond . I'm disabled and don't have a vehicle so ordering online from the jack in the box app is the only way I can get my jntb fix . They charge a $7.99 delivery charge and they are less than a quarter mile from my apartment. I'm on a fixed income SSI so once or twice a month I treat myself to jntb. So when they mess up my order I can't just get in my car and go and get what I paid for

The crispy Jack wrap is so good! Food is packaged nicely & arrived warm and delicious. I appreciated the smiley face drawn on the bag! Made me smile :)

Jack in the Box has never done me wrong. Theyre the best option after a long day working when there is no energy left to cook

Tacos are amazing this time! However-- There is no option to pick and add hot sauce on the DoorDash menu- so if we want hot sauce on the side we have no option to do that, only to have extra put IN the item (for example: the tacos)-- if that can be fixed it would help!
