I usually love this sandwich, but this one I just got was not up to par. I couldn't understand why the bread was so soggy and there was hardly any sauce on it. The meat was tough. I just don't understand. Not happy.

The triple bacon cheesy jack first of all was only a double and not a triple. Along with it being full of very small hard things that would feel like breaking my teeth everytime I bite down on it, I have no idea what it is but it's something in the meat I had to spit out multiple times to the point I could not eat it anymore. the girl scout smoothie drink was outstanding and delicious and the roost fries were good. I'm very disappointed with this burger though, complete waste..

First of all there should have been 4 tacos but there were only 3. I asked for extra lettuce and no extra lettuce. My orange soda tasted odd, like earthy or maybe it was moldy. But threw it out. Gross.

very dry sandwich. skipped on the tomatoes asked for napkins but didn't get any. this sandwich used to be so good. not anymore..

Large Crispy Chicken Strips (6) Combo had very tiny pieces, almost nugget sized. Everything else in my order was amazing though
