Jacks food is always fresh and hot! Adding the secret sauce to the Big Bacon Combo does it every time and my delivery guy was super nice!

Never any sausage in the "sausage gravy", hashbrowns are always cooked in old oil or just cold in general. And the biscuits at the gloster location are almost always burnt.
