Jack's did not prepare a Big Bacon burger. It was a regular cheeseburger. In fact it look like a kid's meal burger. Everything else was good, but my 16 year old is still hungry. Our delivery person was amazing!

The hashbrows were not as good as usual. They were way too undercooked for me. They were light tan colored and soggy with grease.

My tea tasted like floor cleaner. After 2 sips and getting a second opinion I poured it out. The fries were burnt to the point to the point of only having the fry shell and then it was like someone tried to cover the burnt taste with way to much seasoning.
