Collards were good. The kickin' sauce definitely has some kick, though the chicken sammy left something to be desired - could be crispier, and needs more slaw and pickles on the sandwich, it was rather stingy. Better yet, served on the side so you can add how much you want without it getting soggy on the way.

The food was really good, the sauce was great. The only issue we had was the pieces of ribs and brisket we got. One of the ribs (we got 2) was very small, like a 1/3 of the size of the other one and had barely any meat on it. 1/4 of the brisket was very fatty and inedible. The portion we could eat was delicious as were the ribs. We got the Mac&Cheese and the corn casserole, the size on these was great and OMG, so so so tasty!

Bacon toppings should be crispy not chewy. That ruined my loaded fries for me.
Chocolate Buttermilk Pie is superb! Very rich though. Could only eat half.

Great BBQ, esp. considering it's Seattle. I've eaten here many dozens of times. The brisket is hit-or-miss, but when you get a tender juicy piece it's easily a 10 out of 10. The french fries are the crispy batter kind and also a 10. The pulled pork, sausages, and chicken tenders are all great, maybe an 8. I got the half chicken once and regretted it, 3/10. The banana pudding is literally just bananas and pudding, no wafers, total disappointment and a crime against banana pudding, 1/10.
