Tried a hot sandwich - Bacon #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak - ugh! See the pics- soaked wrapper and soggy bread - inedible sadly. Someone needs to remedy this, please.

• DoorDash orderWe are fans of Jersey Mike's - for years from Jersey and after moving to SC. The last two orders were decidely different!
The sandwiches were very messy and leaner than all our previous ones. Have you hired new employees who don't care as much? All of the contents were high quality but certainly not in the usual abundance and expert technique for assembly. Please assure me that your high standards have not been discarded!
