Seriously so fast, never messed up our orders & we order from them a LOT. Food is delicious & fresh. We're obsessed. And they're affordable! Which means a lot to my family of 3.

Expectation due to their advertising claims consistently proves to be a disapointment. It is my present view, supported by experience, that Jimmy John's does not live up to their hype. Subway still rocks in comparison.

They said that they were understaffed which is understandable, however the sprite that I got was not sprite and just tasted like highly carbonated water.
