We ordered Italian night club subs that are advertised as subs and received a store bought square bread sandwich with minimal contents in the sandwich because it's a small sandwich but the price is the same. I talked to the manager and requested a refund and that they could come get these sandwich's that I did not order. Not to mention that the order took over an hour with no knock on the door as requested. I could have bought Ingredients for this sandwich and spent much less but I paid $37 which included tip and delivery fee, delivery was NOT freaky fast. The manager could have made things right and refunded and brought use sub sandwiches and picked up the ones we received. I get a better value from Subway. I will never order from any Jimmy Johns again. You have made your sandwich's smaller but did not change the price. I am completed disgusted with the quality and quantity that you have.
