Always fresh never burnt! I got the pick two with a 10pc shrimp and 3 whole wings. Cooked to perfection. I also called and asked for extra sauces which they made sure were there!

Chicken is good per usual. Amazing portion for price. BUT they did give me alot of half wings and counted it as a whole. Shrimp was good too but the whiting was honestly pretty gross. Bland and not crispy. Also they gave me 10 ketchups and no hot sauce. Probably was a mistake but still:/
