• DoorDash orderThis was the best ramen I have had! It was the HOMURA ABURASOBA and the noodles were so fresh and mixed well with the toppings. Cant wait to try the other flavors. Also looked them up and they are a Michelin favorite! Will do again!

• DoorDash orderThe Roast Beef Aburasoba is SO good. The oils and spices in the noodles at Kajisen make them chopstick-lickingly delicious. The beef is cooked to a beautifully tender texture, and the onions, yogurt, and other seasonings make it flavorful to the max. I'm obsessed.

• DoorDash orderThey replaced the raw egg with hard boiled eggs for some reason? The raw egg is what makes the sauce, without it this was extremely dry!!
