I'm not sure if the employees at Kaldi's will see this, but I want them to know that I appreciate them. I have a bad reaction to milk, so they made sure to accommodate my needs. They even left a note on my receipt to let me know. They truly care about their customers' safety.

I've had great drinks from here, food is all right. The sandwich I got today was rather sloppy. For a simple sandwich for almost $10 I would have expected it to be made with a bit more care

What in the world is this? I've ordered this before from another location and it was way bigger. Now it's like 1 egg mixed with a single slice of bacon. This is a crime. Not worth $12.50. I put it next to my 16oz coffee for scale. The coffee is good.
