Listen..... this food was 8.5 it was good , it was well portioned well seasoned and im not going to lie that maca salad was the star of the show. That Mac salad was so good I'll order just a lg portion with the plantains . I said 8.5 because the rise wasn't rising (very disappointed and the pickliz was hot . But over all the food was tasty and good !!!

I love Karibii Caribbean food truck it is the best food truck out there at the moment. He is very clean he has all the great food he has meatballs shrimp, chicken, conch just to make a few. I've had the griot which is very good also I've had the fried goat that is extremely tasty the shrimp is good everything is really good so far from what I have tried and every time I go I make it my business to try something new to get the full experience you will not go wrong with this food truck and the Prices are not over the top for the food that you are getting and everything is cooked to order and is always fresh

this is by far the best place to go to for comfort food. like its just amazing . macaron salad is tatse so good . the rice is just perfect & the Kribish (SHRIMP CREOLE ) is kinda hot butttt its hitt the soot w the rest of the food .

This Haitian food stood out from the rest because it was the Best we've had in a very long time! The authenticity of the food, the flavors, and the preparation of these dishes were great! That red sauce which is similar to "pickles" known Haitian peppered cabbage and carrots garnishment was the first I've seen and tasted and it was the Best! Karibii you did your thang for sure! I see why my husband love your food! So, you've just gained me as a customer and my vote!!!
