This was my first time ordering and I am now SOLD on this store. I absolutely loved the Yubu Set (choose 4) and the Dill Egg Salad Sando. The portions were quite substantial for what you paid for and packaged incredibly well. Not soggy or overcooked either. Would order again!

Third time eating Katsu Bar but first time having it delivered. I really like their Katsu Rice Bowl. I also ordered the Mushroom Tempura that was supposed to come with Aoili sauce but they forgot to include it. The box was folded shut and when I opened it, all the mushrooms were pretty much steamed and soggy. I called the store and they didn't know what to do or what to say. The manager (Anthony) was unapologetic and had no sympathy in his tone of voice. Please come up with a store policy - or plan - so that you know how to handle these situations when your customer is missing items from their orders. Also, no Utensils were included. Please let us know ahead of time if you're not going to include utensils so that we can ask for it!

I order from Katsu Bar frequently. I've tried a variety of items on the menu. So I thought I'd finally leave a review. The katsu, gang jung, and waffle fries are always fresh and crispy. I like the Katsudon and curry dishes a lot. My favorite is the Korean Gang Jung (Tender bites) with sauce on the side. The leftovers crisp up nicely in the air fryer. This time I decided to try something new. I got the Rosemary Katsu Sando W/ Sides and Spicy Chicken Udon. This turned out to be a great combo! The spicy sauce on the udon was great for dipping the sando in. Recommended.

The Curry Katsu Plate was really good, it came like a little bento box. The Tiramisu was okay, I didnt know it would come like a cake, it also tastes like it has alcohol in it, im not a fan of that, prob wouldnt get the Tiramisu again but I really enjoyed the Curry Katsu Plate!

Chicken tenders were so spicy I couldnt eat them at all and I'm usually ok with spice. I usually get the chicken Rosemary Katsu Sando W/ Sides but this time i got the the pork one, and I prefer the chicken. the pork is still good but i just think the chicken is better! fries were perfect as always
