Ketchafire comes thru with the dub again! Tonight I ordered just Jerk Pork with rice and peas and it was so so delicious! Pork was nice and tender and seasoned to perfection. Rice and peas was tender and delicious as well. I have not been disappointed yet.

"chicken" was nothing but bones, but the bones were seasoned and wouldn't call it true jerk. shrimp was also very meager only 5 for the extra charges and mac n cheese is a rip off had no flavor at all!! cabbage was not even good overall not flavorful Jamaican food would not recommend to anyone. disappointed.

After watching the recent Guy Fieri show on food network and the fact it was filmed in our area, we had to give them a try. We were not disappointed in Shaquille's culinary abilities and food quality. Shaquille took the time ,while we waited on our dinner, to talk to my father about the show and his upbringing and desire to share his families' recipes to the community. We ordered the Jerk Chicken and Pork combo and we were served ample portions. The rice and beans were fantastic and the jerk food is not overly hot but has the right amount of heat to allow you to enjoy your meal and also take you down memory lane back to the islands. To Shaquille and his family we thank you for the amazing experience and wish you the best in your food ventures and desire to move to a storefront. We will be back and eager to try more of your culinary creations.

Today’s lunch: Jerk Chicken with rice & peas from Ketchafire Jerk & Seafood in Port St. Lucie—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The chicken was fresh, juicy, and packed with bold, Caribbean flavor. I’ve ordered from them multiple times and they never miss. If you haven’t tried them yet, stop sleeping and treat yourself—you won’t regret it!

After seeing them on food network I had been wanting to try ketchfire for a while now. Unfortunately I cant say I was impressed. I ordered the Caribbean Fried Chicken, plantains, and rasta pasta. The past and plantains were very bland and the chicken portion was good but very small. I received what looked like a drumette and a small thigh chopped into smaller pieces. For $19 i expected at least a leg and thigh. Unfortunately i likely wont be a repeat customer.
