Both Famous Bowls didn't have any cheese in it and simply were torn up shreds of cold chicken with mashed potatoes. Also, I didn't get my Secret Recipe Fries , and instead got Mac N Cheese as a replacement, which was ok, but not exactly what I wanted.

thighs were undercooked, pink inside and caked up flour on outside. Biscuit was cold and hard. Very disappointed with my order

Usually the pot pie is spot on, but today food items were not on point. Ordered the pot pie only for it to be burnt. The Chicken Little Combo was cold and the fries were dumped in the bag. Did not receive extra Lemonade nor KFC Sauces.

My food was awful to the point we couldn't eat it . We had four orders and only received three. The food was hard and dried out old looking. We was suppose to have 3 orders of 3 piece white meat meal , we got 1 breast and 2 thighs in each meal(we only received 2 meals). The 3rd meal was suppose to be a leg and thighs meal we got 2 thighs. We didn't get the 4 th meal at ALL or the large soda and I ordered a cole slaw(2.89) extra that I didn't get. We called that night to the store( KFC) and they just kept on picking up the phone and hanging up. I started calling the next day and they did the same thing. KFC didn't resolve anything. That is such an disappointment.
