Once again, I received a wrong menu item. I ordered extra crispy and got original recipe. Very disappointing. And the Secret Recipe Fries were old and hard. We ordered a pot pie and it was ok. Also a Classic Chicken Sandwich ,which is normally very good but tonight it wasn't as fresh & crispy as usual. KFC is too expensive to be mediocre. Plus all of the fees added on due to using Doordash..makes the price outrageous really. All Doordash orders should be made to order..not made ahead.
I do like how you guys use the sealed plastic bags for delivery..they really are tamper proof.

The biscuits have gotten significantly smaller, I ordered one for every sandwich but according to the size of the biscuits I might as well have got one less for the quantity of the sandwiches

I ordered the Classic Chicken Sandwich because I love it..and normally they're great. But tonight my Classic Chicken Sandwich didn't have a whole piece of chicken fillet on it. It had 2 chicken fingers on it instead. I was disappointed with this. The sandwich wasn't as good that way. A shortcut was taken here that shouldn't have been. There was plenty of time to make and fry the chicken that was supposed to be on this. I also ordered the Secret Recipe Fries and they were old. They didn't taste fresh at all. The chicken thigh I ordered was good though.
