Very attentive staff at store let dasher know a sauce was out for the 10 pc. Saucy Nuggets and was able to switch it out in time for a flavor I wanted! Very quick delivery time and the Mashed Potatoes & Gravy and Mac & Cheese and always so delicious! Would recommend this every time.

Thomas was very courteous and respectful. The coleslaw from KFC here in Massena had rancid carrots bleck. but that is the store's fault. The Pot Pie was amazing!!!

Missing sauces and sides. Appreciated the extra Tender. Sauces would have made the meal. Now I've got 6 dry chicken tenders in my 5 pc. Tenders Big Box with no sauce, an extra biscuit with nothing to put on them. Cant even dip in that coleslaw I ordered.

Ordered Mac and cheese, I got fries. The fries arent even full. My order had two (2) different receipts on it. Incredibly ironic that the 'double checked by' line was empty.
