I ordered extra crispy and the chicken arrived soggy with almost no breading. The biscuits were also mostly raw.

I use to enjoy ordering from this store. One of the female managers is just disrespectful. She does not care about customers at all. She told me that she could and would not replace my macaroni that was at the end of the 4 hour time period, the macaroni was very dry. She had the nerve to tell me that she tasted it and it was good, I told her my taste buds and hers definitely are not the same. The only way you will get good fresh food from here is to go in the store itself and check all items prior to leaving. I will never order from this restaurant again. If could give a zero I would... also today I ordered all thighs and received a leg, wings, thigh and breast, it is not that hard to pick up 4 thought and place the items in a box, like seriously...
