Never takes the order, whether it's Doordash or in person. Just a bunch of employees playing in the background and ignoring you. The exact reason why KFC doesn't stand a chance against McDonald's.

Missing so many items from the combo, it might as well not even count. They basically threw whatever was there into a bag without any thought. Whatever sandwich, whatever side, wrong drink. KFC has gone down the tubes and they couldn't care less.
