Knuckle sandwiches is the greatest local sandwich (etc.) restaurant in Augusta. I love their fries.. actually I love every item on their menu! The kitchen staff's ability to cater to my specific tastes when requested is a huge plus for me as well! And the front of house staff is always so friendly and efficient! I would eat here every day if carbs weren't real. :) my go-to order is a grilled cheese both ways with bacon! (Swiss, cheddar, tomatoes, mushrooms +bacon) with an extra order of their homemade sauce.

Their sandwiches and fries are great as usual. However, their recent "green/mint" ranch is not appetizing. The ranch used to not be green. Not sure why they did that.
