This is the poorest excuse for Japanese food I've had. The tempura is not tempura at all, but the breaded freezer shrimp you can buy at the market. I'll never make this mistake again. $27 straight to the trash.

The sushi is great. The Cheesecake did not come with anything sauce or whipped cream unlike what the photo showed. They did not include any soy sauce, utensils or napkins.

I ordered the teriyaki chicken bento box on Christmas day, the wait is a bit longer than expected since they were quite busy. The portion of the food is very generous, it’s enough to feed 2 people. Beside the bento box, there’s a 8 piece sushi roll (Similar to the rainbow row) came with the combo which I did not pictured because my husband already started eating it. Overall the food is great, I’m glad there’s such type of sushi place in Monterey Park.

The Salmon Skin Salad has a good mix of different vegetables. Similarly, the Chirashi Bowl has a good mix of seafoods. However, I would like to have some washabi to come with it.
