Filled donuts look like they didn't rise fully - flat and over glazed - just utterly unappealing. Even the other types were dense and not fluffy - time to get a new baker! Poorly executed overall.

Pre-ordered 2 dozen for an early morning delivery the next day. My order was correct and time (actually early). My driver even waited until the exact time and followed my delivery instructions including texting, photographing, etc. 1000% ordering again.

the large hot Ghirardelli® Hot Chocolate tasted great but was a little over half full. they sent 9 donuts holes instead of the 24 Count Original Glazed® Doughnut Dots. the 3 Count Assorted Doughnuts were correct and tasted good.
