so yummy but the variety donuts were what they had with chocolate, would have liked something in strawberry but otherwise, so fresh

Marked about 3/4 of my order as out of stock without contacting or replacing. All I got from my almost $40 order was a drink. A refund is pending, but if you're out of items early, shouldn't you mark them as out of stock online??
Usually pretty good place though.

Received the grossest strawberry shake. Ordered it 'thick' and I am not exaggerating when I say it was strawberry water, didnt taste anything like a milkshake or even milk. Not ordering a shake from here again.
Also chose my own dozen and some of the donuts were substituted but there was no communication of this and I didnt have a choice of which ones I could replace with.
